Flexible working hours : 8.30-9.30 until 16.30-17.30


Responsibilities of the role

Working closely in a team of 6-7 Collateral Account Managers who each manage a particular portfolio of clients. Prime responsibility will be to work on client requests regarding their current activity or future trading possibilities together with the Account Managers. Specific tasks will be the set-up of new contracts between Euroclear Bank and its clients and amendments of existing contracts. Also monitoring of clients' transactions and daily activity. You will play an important role by taking care of the daily transactional needs of the clients and looking for solutions to client enquiries related to open transactions. Our rapidly changing environment inspires you to deal with deadlines and volumes in the most accurate way and to continually adapt to the evolution of the service in line with the firm’s strategy. This is not a call-centre, but working with Collateral Account Managers on their established regular relationships with client contacts in either the Front Office,Middle Office, Legal, or Risk Department,
